OmniGraffle, anyone? You could give it try--I don't use it for diagramming object relations, but I'm sure it can. The guys at Omni rock!

ObjectDomain is very good and does UML beautifully.

I thought this one would have been obvious. ObjectDomain

One more thing, OD is written in Java so you can work with it on Windows, Solaris, Linux, Mac OS X (not 8/9), etc. Very handy in a mixed environment.

For the record, Argo UML
is also a pure Java tool. It's free.

Yes, that is true. Try it for yourself - I tried Rose/Visio/ArgoUML/ObjectDomain and I decided it was better to pay than to use the 'free' product. Even free products have their price.
