Is there a documented reason why the search part (everything after the '?') of this url is being eaten, or is it a bug? I'm sure it is being eaten because I watched the network traffic with ethereal.
http://192.168.0.1:4321/foo/bar.dll?baz=1234

I'd rather not give out the actual URL at this time, but the above URL is in the same format.

I'm trying to use this URL as the application part of a SOAP call.

It's not exactly a show stopper, as I was just trying to use Applescript for prototyping, but it certainly annoying.

Thanks,
Terry

It's seems this is a show stopper. The same thing happens when using Carbon and the Apple Event Manager. Gdb says the Apple Event Descriptor seems to be getting set up fine, but AESend() is truncating my URL.

That was one of the first things I tried. Thanks for the advice though.
