Please go to http://www.nsobject.com/ and scroll down to find nsFreeCell. Apparently, this code worked fine in OS X 10.0, but I didn't find it until recently, but it probably needs just a few tweaks in Interface Builder. I tweaked a little, and as far as I can see it's just not calling the first function (newGame). In IB everything looks to be hooked up, and I can't see why the menu item for a new game doesn't call the function (of course, if I get anything to work in PB/IB it's a good day for me). Any help?

Change the font name on line 78 of Card.m from "AmericanTypewriter-Regular" to "AmericanTypewriter" and things run.

wow, thanks. How did you find that?

well, the first game seems to play reliably, but if you ask for a new game or a reset (even when you win and it prompts for a new game), things go funny. I got it to actually deal a new hand if I alternated New and Reset, it would erase one column at a time, starting from left to right, then the piles left to right, then finally deal the new hand. I guess I could start debugging this myself, now that I can get it to do anything at all...
