I have a static PEF Library and need to build a mach-o shared library that calls functions from the PEF library.

Is this at all possible?

I am looking for a way to link in the PEF library or somehow convert it to mach-o format.

Yes, the PEF shim works in one direction, namely you may call functions in PEF (CFM) libs, however not vice versa.
