Is there an easy way to flip a tab control in Interface Builder?

For example, is there an easy way to flip a tab control, so that the tabs where on the bottom, similar to sheets in MS Excel?

I saw a Transpose item under one of the menus, but it didn't do anything that I noticed. I wouldn't think there would be, but I was just curious.
