playlists not working

I had set up an mp3 playlist in QTSS, tested it in iTInes and it worked great. Now all of a sudden, it stopped working. I tried rebuilding the playlist, start/stopping QTSS, reboots -- nada. Any ideas where to begin troubleshooting this?
