Server Setting tool not connectin

So, newbie to Server.
Trying to get Server Settings to connect. Only Server on net, and nothing I try will let the machine find itself. Keeps claiming no agent on that port. How do I enable the agent?, How do I connect?

Pls Help.
If its already broken, how can I mess it up by trying to fix it?
