carracho server and a router problems

Basicly, I am trying to set up a carracho server from behind a solwise router(NAT). I have tried forwarding ports 6700, 6701 on tcp, and 6702 on tcp/udr and disabled DHCP and the firewall, but the server still cannot be seen from outside the network. Does anyone know what might be the problem.
