How to share a USB Printer with Windows?

Hi all,
I have a Cube that I'm using as a server at home. Originally I had been using Windows XP Pro which easily allowed me to share a printer. OS X Server can't seem to do that with a USB Printer. Specifically, it's an Epson 785EPX. Any idea on how to do this? Thanks.
