We are having a problem with getting net install to work on our Xserves. We are working with the 10.2.6 update and have done testing to make sure that the other issues posted are not our problem. Our
client is coming up, finding the netboot server and getting three files, including "booter" and "mach.macosx". These transfers seem to happen and then the rotating globe on the screen changes to the booting wheel. The machine then takes down and brings back up the network port and appears to be rebooting when it freezes and gives us a corrupt screen. We think it may be something to do with the machine trying to boot from the booter file but we have no proof of this. We
are not sure what is causing this so any help would be appreciated.
