Don't know enough to know if this goes here or in software...

After a recent server problem, I decided to install a second provider for backup. I have access to a free account through work. However, no matter how I try to set it up I cannot get it to work. There is the main account name and password, then my sub account name & passwword is there a way to enter this info?

And an additional question has arisen from these attempts. I now have a long list of "trys" that show up as a pulldown menu in the warning box ie., " select another smtp..."
Where is this "list" located so that I may delete all these bogus names?
