I'm setting up 10.2 server for e-mail and webhosting for about 8 people. I've managed to set up everything and get it working.

What I'd like to know how to do is set up access to e-mail through our webpage. Can I do this through 10.2 server itself, or is there some program I can use?

Lots of webmail programs out there.

Also, Neomail (here: http://freshmeat.net/projects/neomail/) is very popular.

Another popular one is IMP (here: http://www.horde.org/imp/)

Lots of free solutions to the webmail problem.

Mac OS X Server comes with a very nice webmail server out of the box.

Check out SquirrelMail at
http://www.squirrelmail.org/

I've used the interface before, it's very simple, easy to use. Should work with Sendmail.

Squirrelmail uses IMAP. If you need IMPAP and POP access, V-Webmail is trivial to install and configure, and has a nice default interface:
