I can't get qmail to continue functioning for any reasonable amount of time because of the /var/vm/app_profile issue. Any one have more info on the dangers of removing that dir without a reboot? Removing it whenever it shows up? preventing it from being created in the first place?

not liking app pre-heating right now...
