For no good reason, the web service has stopped working on my OS X Server. When I try to manually start the service, the little world icon blinks to show that it is starting up, but it goes away after a minute or two and does not actually start. I looked in /Library/Logs and the webserver logs do not show any problems. Here is what I am getting from the "Show Web Server Status" in Server Settings:

[Thu Dec 11 16:21:36 2003] [warn] module mod_dav.c is already added, skipping
[Thu Dec 11 16:21:36 2003] [warn] module mod_hfs_apple.c is already added, skipping
[Thu Dec 11 16:21:36 2003] [warn] module mod_redirectacgi_apple.c is already added, skipping
[Thu Dec 11 16:21:36 2003] [warn] NameVirtualHost 10.3.0.110:16080 has no VirtualHosts
/usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd started

Don't have a whole lot of experience with Apache or X Server, so any help would be great!

Guess I answered my own question. I configured the service and unchecked both sites that the server is hosting, restarted the server, enabled one site at a time, then started the service back up. Worked fine. If anyone has run into this problem, I would be intereseted in seeing how the issue was solved.

Actually I had this problem on server 10.2 - turned out to be the web cache being active. Turning it off stopped the problem from reoccurring.
