Address Book doesn't display City Info from LDAP

I am setting up our LDAP database, and am having a odd problem.
Address Book does not display the City field, while it displays correctly on a Windows XP machine.

I am using the "l" tag to define the city. Anyone seen this problem before?

Server: 10.3.2
Client: 10.3.2
