NetBoot: Crash on Boot

Alright, we have just setup our new XServe and have put up a testing NetBoot image. And another NetBoot-Restore image using the bombich tools.
We have it detecting the netboot image and attempting to boot from it. But as soon as it does so the machine crashes back to the grey "You need to restart your computer" open firmware image.

Has anyone else had this problem? And any solutions for it?
