Virtual PC, IIS & MS SQL 2000

I need to set up IIS and an MS SQL 2000 server on my mac using Virtual PC. I would like to be able to test the site from my mac. My question is, how can i connect to the virtual PC machine from the mac using Shared Networking setting in VPC?

IIRC, you have to turn on the virtual switch in VPC, which gives the Mac and the virtual machine different IPs. Then connect as you would with a normal server.
