Can you install differnet filesystem to diff disks with OS X server?

Is it possible when installing OS X server to break up different directories to different physical disks?

In other words, put /var on it's own disk... put /swap on a raid 0 array...etc? (from the initial install disk)

Yes, you can.

I'm not sure if there is a GUI, but you can do it for sure editing fstab in your /etc directory.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
