Disk Quotas?

Will Mac OS X Server 10.1.5, stated to ship with the Xserve in June, support disk usage quotas for users? Without quotas set for my users, there is never enough disk space on the server and nothing ever gets archived.

It's slated for inclusion with Jaguar server, and I wouldn't expect to see it before then.
