Does anyone have OSX Server on iBook?

I need to install OS X S on iBook for demonstration testing purposes. I have ibook 700/640RAM/20GB drive. Anyone has any luck installing Server on iBook? Apple said it is not possible in Document 106430.
I have seen people running Server on powerbooks and iBooks on Apple seminars. How do they do it? I have bought 10.1 server and I cannot do it.

My buddy that works at a local comp store had it on his ibbks tell he got a G4 tower and it ran fine. Apple just wonts people to have it on a desktop it seams. i even had it running on a old pizmo 233 at one time.

How did you install OS X Server on Pismo? I cannot do it on a G3/700 iBook with 640 RAM?
