I'm interested in running x windows natively under MOSX on a yosemite G3. Does anyone know of any 3rd party software being developed or open source code I can recompile under MOSX? Since we do 3-D unix-based graphics, speed is a major issue. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a X11-server for Mac OS X called XNext. Unfortunately I could not get it to run, since I have not to much knowledge of BSD Unix. Has someone had more success?

Read about it at:
