How do you change zones without unix comand

Is it even possible. I don't know unix and I know OS X Server is the future, but for those of us who don't know unix commands, weez toast. (Yes I plan to learn it, if I really need to) I don't know how to kill specific tasks to configure it properly so unix is out for now. I can probably fix macs better than most people I know, but untill I learn unix, please bear with me. Thanks for any help.
