server 1.2 - how to update webserver?

Can anybody point me to some good pages giving instructions for updating and installing/compiling parts of the webserver for osx server 1.2 ?
I want: (latest versions of)
Apache
MySQL
PHP

I have compilied and istalled these on my OSX 10.0 client machine, but i'm new to the server and don't know much about what will work, so any advice would be appreaciated.
Also anybody got any views on Majordomo Vs. Mailman as a mailing list (one way boardcast, no replys) manager on osx server 1.2 ?
