can't access my privat website

hi to all!
my problem is, that i can't access my private user website (http://192.168.1.5/users/torie/sites/index.html) with my browser. http://192.168.1.5/index.html work perfect. Also ftp://192.168.1.5/users/torie/sites/index.html work perfect.
what is this?
