I think that the cube hardware newer than the 1.2 release software. It should work with the just-released X server. But the 1.2 CD is not able to recognize the cube hardware and install at all.

Yeah..the cube is too new.

If you can afford it, go for the new version of OS X server. It'll run just fine on the cube.

OS X Server 1.2 was a weird next/mac combination freaky thing that I never really got a chance to play with fully. OS X Server (note I didn't say 2.0) looks like a vast improvement
