Can I install Office 2001 on OSX Server 2.0?

The FAQ says that you can install OS 9.1 if you want to run classic, OS 9.1 is not included. If you can run classic you should be able to run classic apps.

I have installed MacOSX Server 10.0 on my B&W G3 350. This machine had a previous installation of MacOS 9.1 which is now, by default, the classic system folder. I am able to launch classic apps and use the machine like its a client OSX machine, if I choose. Everything is the same with the addition of the front end server tools and server back ends.

why would you want to install microsoft bloatware on a server?

A server is just that, a server. It shouldn't also be a workstation. It's a server.

Keep it lean, only install what you have to on it for performance and reliability reasons.
