I wasn't sure which group to post this to. But since it installed on OSX Client but not on XS, I thought I'd post it here.
I have my brand new install of OSX Server 10.0.3. I have my brand new CD of WebObjects 5 (not the deployment CD that came with XServer. I've installed OSXS+Developer tools. I follow the instructions in the install manual. I have logged into to X as root and double-click on WebObjects_X_Developer.pkg. I say OK to everything.
It looks like it's "Examining package contents" (at this point it has not asked for my registration string). And then it just sits there. It does change the bold "Preparing..." as it looks like it may be going through different sections of the .pkg. It seems to stop on "Preparing WebObjects Documentation". I left it there last night and came back this morning to the same screen. Trying to install it right now it stops on the same screen.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
