Os X Server will not install on one of my Servers

I have 2 G3 servers and one will install Os X no problems but the other gives me nothing but Kernal crashes on boot.

Anyone else have this problem or figure out a way to solve it?

Zap PRAM, rest CUDA chip, check Firmware, swap memory. If all else fails start swapping other hardware (SCSI cards, peripherals, etc...)
