I have found out that our OS X Server is auto negotiating; however, I want to FORCE it over to 100 full duplex...any ideas? I am pretty sure it's command line driven.

Thanks for any help!

I'll give you the answer, but you won't like it. You probably can't do it. Normally, you could use ifconfig with the media & mediaopt options to force it to full duplex. However, there's either bugs in Apple's ethernet drivers, or they lack the functionality required to be able to change the media settings. If you have a third party card, with it's own drivers, they may have implemented it.
