I've not used them, but there are several shareware programs listed on VersionTracker that do this.

I typically use Discus...very easy to use, and has lots of great features. Check it out:

I use Click 'n Design 3D, but I can't say that I recommend it. It's probably the slowest app I've ever used, but the results can be nice. It crashes pretty regularly, though, so it requires some patience.

edit: I see Discus is pretty well regarded, but at $39 it's a little expensive. Click 'n Design was only $15. Does anybody else know of any cheaper options?

i've used "SONIX" by imation it works in OSX and OS9 and comes with alot of graphics. it uses the "full" labels instead of a large open space around the center of the cd. you can get it at crampusa. and the labels are relatively cheap in price. but personally i want one of those cd burners/cd printers. no labels to worry about!
