i just need software for changing images to different formats and maybe doing a little contrast and brightness.

Anyone have any suggestions of free fast software?

The best app for a little contrast/brightness/sharpness etc. is PixelNhance by the unfortunately out of business Caffeine Software.

How is it garbage other than slowness? I actually think it does what it claim very well. One of the best photo organization tool I've tried
