It may be that your user dictionary is full. I remember that there is a limit to the number of words you can keep in it. I think the Help file tells you how many you can have. Take a look in the dictionary and see if you can lose a few words. Then you may find that the Learn button works again.
Hopefully we will lose this limit in a word processor which uses the system spell checker.
Thanks 4 the response, but now I think it may be a bigger problem than I initially thought b/c it's not recognizing any of the words that I had already told it to learn. Is there a pref somewhere that I can delete/move that might fix it?
