I have been maintaining a website (see sig) that is getting updated quite often. Safari wants to show me the page I downloaded and rendered three hours ago instead of the latest update. Is there a way to get around this? It's even happening at some forums I frequent. Usually a refresh or a shift-refresh fixes it, but I don't think I should have to refresh just to see the latest content on a site.

You could make the cache folder have 'no access' privileges. Not sure if it works, but that same trick does work on the Icons folder to stop Safari from downloading the web icons.
