1) Is there some way to disable 'Font Smoothing' aka Anti-Aliasing?

2) Is there a way to set a Maximum Font Size?

Any solution well .plist editing, command line executions im not fussed.

System Preferences->General->Turn off smoothing for font sizes [ ] and smaller.

Not that I'm aware of.

I was hoping for something that applies to Safari only so that it doesnt effect text in the Finder

I know u can disable Quartz Smoothing in Chimera
