Without disclosing anything about the new Quickbooks product. I can say that the Beta process has begun and that the first Beta was seeded to myself and other beta testers today and I have been able to use it extensively. As far as bugs go, there are very little of them. It's a great product and it's probably Intuit's first great Mac OS X compliant (in every way) program. Feels very mature and is destined to be talked about when it is finally released.

Good to hear. I beta tested the previous version, and although I was happy to have an OS X version, I was disappointed with the lack of features compared to the Windows versions. Looking forward to it.

This seems like good news, what about conversion from Windows to Mac and back? Is this being built in? (Or just beign able to open quickbooks files regardless of platform.)

As it stands there's converter that does it one way only, Windows to Mac,with some various restrictions.
i look in your general direction
