Try WireTap from Ambrosia. Works perfectly for me.

alternatively try http://streamripperx.sourceforge.net/

the hardest part is finding the stream:
1) open itunes and select 'get info' while selecting the stream
2) type the 'where' field into a browser, this will download a .pls file
3) open this file in simple text, one of the entries is File1, this is what you tell stream ripper to record

pros:
splits songs into individual mp3s
user-friendly, and built for just this reason

i used streamripper a couple of times, the quality resembled taping AM radio onto cassettes (slighty exaggerating but you get my point), i really enjoyed grabbing a couple of the songs but it was like hitting record and taking pot luck on what song was going to appear next.
