Greetings,
I have a Wacom tablet and after installing the newest software from Wacom, I was able to see the inkwell and use the inkpad. Then, for no apparent reason, the inkwell will not show up anymore; even if I unplug and replug the tablet. I can login on another account and it works fine. Any ideas as to how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

did you mistakenly turn off handwriting recognition in the Prefpane? go into System Preferences at the Inkwell section and make sure that it's turned on.

on a related note, i found that inkwell was fun for a while, but once the novelty wore off, it was just too slow and unreliable to be of much use, since i can type much faster than i can write, especially on there.

if the Ink bar isn't showing, try going to the Ink Preference Pane in System Preferences - make sure that "Handwriting recognition is:" On

Yep, handwritting recognition is on and the inkwell will not show up. Should I reinstall the wacom drivers? I am still a little baffled by the Mac OS as I'm an old Windows user. Thanks again.
