Is there a way to get past the enter-an-IM-address window in iChat AV and just use Rendezvous chatting?
I maintain a number of "public use" Macs and want people to be able to contact me (or each other) via Rendezvous iChat. Entering an IM address is an unnecessary complication (and, ultimately, a bad idea).
Is there a sneaky preference setting or something that will help me here?
Ideally, I'd like to _disable_ Internet chatting altogether on some accounts (in particular, student accounts) and leave only in-house Rendezvous chatting (I'll probably just have to keep kids from using iChat at all), but right now I'd just want to avoid the IM sign-up.
