Anyone tried to copy Safari 1.1 from Panther PB and the new WebCore, to jaguar and run it?

Just to be clear, did you also copy the shared libraries for webcore, or just the app bundle? I was thinking about trying this too, but I won't bother if someone already has

Just tried it. It still doesn't work. The error that you get on launch is the same:

Code:
2003-08-18 13:28:44.669 Safari[2308] *** -[NSMenuItem setAlternate:]: selector not recognized
I know absolutely nothing about programing in ObjC and Cocoa, but it looks to me like it is trying to use a method that doesn't exist in the NSMenuItem class in Jag?

Interestingly, Safari 1.0 would start with the 1.1 WebKit.framework in place. As soon as you tried to actually go to a site or something it would bomb though.
