Newbie to this.......I have several music videos in mpg format that I would like to get into iDvD. I know (now) that mpg will not work. I know that QT Pro will convert mpg into DV format that will work in iDvD. My question is, will the conversion do both the audio and video or will there be further things needed so that the music and video will play?

Or is this whole thing impossible?

Try using FFMEG it can do MPEG1 to MPEG2 conversion, and iDVD *may* read those MPEG2 files right.

also, its iDVD, and DVD, not DvD.
