Hey quick question. Why are their so many free and shareware text edit apps for OSX yet nooooo free or cheap Layout apps ?

I need someting simple fast to place images and auto wrap text around as it sees fit.

Are their any that you know of. ?

And any PDF Text editing apps also out their ?
