My pc using friends like using MSN messenger, much to my chagrin. Up until now i've not had any problems with the app itself but recently i've had some rather odd behaviour where it will randomly change my status from appear offline to online. This causes problems as i'm sure you can imagine with people talking to me all the time when i'm not there. Has anyone had this experience with their version or does anyone have any suggestions?

Cheers

I've seen that behavior in the Windows version too, thought I haven't experienced it on my Mac. I do appear as "Offline" sometimes though, but still am able to chat with people. I think their network just sucks.

problem with anything other than the MS client is that none of them seem to be able to handle chats with more than one other person properly.
