Hi,

I've just started using my bank's internet facility.

I can download my statement in csv form, comma separated value.

HTF do I open such a file in Appleworks? At the moment it will open the file but all the info ends up in one cell in my spreadsheet, no good.

I'm reduced to opening the file in OpenOffice, converting to .xls and then opening in AW.

Not surprisingly things get lost in the process.

There must be a better way... My statements are depressing enough.

Anyone?

Thanks

Simon

I think lack of .csv support has been a long-time complaint. I did find this however: http://www.tandb.com.au/appleworks/open_csv/

Thanks for that but I can't get the script to work.

It installs and takes me through the options but never actually opens the Doc.

Any ideas? It's not classic only is it?

Thanks

Simon
