Has anyone had success syncing their Palm through a Keyspan PDA Adapter (USA-19)??

I've downloaded the latest Palm Desktop software and the latest drivers from www.keyspan.com. All installed fine. I specified what I am supposed to in HotSync setup. But pushing the sync button doesn't cause anything to happen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated... its the last piece of my switchover... but a really critical piece.

Thanks.

Do you have the adapter selected under Connection Settings in HotSync Manager? Also, (I don't mean to imply you are missing the obvious, but I do this all the time) do you have HotSync enabled in HotSync manager, and do you have "Enable HotSync software at system startup" checked?

I use that exact Keyspan adapter with my Palm V and it has worked like a charm for years. Only problem I've encountered is that every now and then HotSync Manager needs to be "jiggled" (just turn it off and on again).

Yes, yes, and yes. Given its not working, I definitely don't mind people checking the "obvious". Maybe I'll try a big jiggle... a reboot and see if the auto-launch gets it working. I am using a Palm Vx... so its comforting to know that it is a workable setup.

Thanks.
