Need help with Timbuktu to avoid nervous breakdown!

Hi There

I have a client who is using Timbuktu Pro to remote connect from 15" Ti to a Windows XP machine. The Direct Dial connection has been set up and is working but not fully. If Timbuktu is open on the screen of the PC then a direct dial will connect with no problems from a remote site. However, if Timbuktu is running in the background, then it will not pick up the Direct Dial connection. As I understand it the minitb2.exe app is suppossed to pick up the call/wake up Timbuktu etc.

The PC is XP, running service pack 1 and has an external 56k Hayes Accura modem.

Has anyone come across this problem before? If so did you manage to get around this?
