I've tried searching these forums for this problem - either I'm not good at searches in which case I apologise, or else this has not been a common problem with syncing iCal with a T68i:

Synchronisation works fine between the two except for the 'All Day Events' in iCal which are completely absent from the calendar on my phone - I only have one calendar in iCal, so it's not an issue of syncing only 1 of 2 calendars. Has anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it, if possible?

Yes, I have had this problem and AFAIK, there is no fix for it... All Day Events will not show.

thanks - that's a pity because i rely quite a lot on repeated all-day events - i'll have to change them somehow to events scheduled at a particular time of the day i presume

Yes I have the problem. No I don't know how to fix it other than to ask SE to fix it. You want to check the update at the bottom of http://www.foxpop.co.uk/bt/bt_05.htm for info on this. There's plenty of stuff on Esato.com forums too.
