Entourage buttons disappear

I have been using MS OFFICE X and Entourage since January and just recently my Entourage toolbar buttons keep disappearing.

To get them back I have to run the cursor over the location of the buttons and then they reappear.

Any ideas why this is happening?

The buttons only disappear if I do a COMMAND-OPTION H.
