Is it possible to access the iCal data from a second Mac OS X directly?

I logged into the secretary's Mac OS X using AppleTalk, started iCal on her Mac, but was unable to access her calendar.

My objective is to allow the boss to at least view his secretary's calendar from his Mac.

Have you tried opening the actual files instead of the app ? The calendar files are located in Home -> Library -> Calendars...
