Is it possible under MacOSX to view a webcam being broadcast using MSN Messenger 6 for Windows. iChat can't interface with MSN Messenger, but is there anything else out there that can?

I'd like to see my girlfriend in England at work!

You can try the open-source OhPhoneX, downloadable from:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/x...b.dmg?download

OhPhoneX is basically a NetMeeting client for Mac OS X, so it should work.

MSN Messenger for Mac doesn't support webcams at all.

Alternatively, get your girlfriend to use Yahoo Messenger - the Mac client does support webcams.

She's having it installed today. Alas, she can't use yahoo since her company does work for MSN. Strange twist of fate ... I'll let you know how it works out ...

My girlfriend is using MSN Messenger 8 to broadcast webcam signal ... on MacOSX, I can't use MSN Messenger to access the webcam.

I've downloaded ohphoneX, but I have no idea how to tap into her video feed.

Any ideas? Does she have to contact me? If so, how?
