Using Toast 6 with DVD2one

After creating a VIDEO_TS folder with DVD2one, I'm used to burning DVD's with Toast 5 by selecting "DVD" from the other menu and dragging the VIDEO_TS folder onto toast.
With Toast 6, things seem to be set up differently. I tried selecting the "DVD Video" option under the video tab, and burning the VIDEO_TS folder, but after clicking the record button, it goes through this long encoding process (this didn't occur with Toast 5). I'm not sure why anything would need to be encoded anyway since I'm just burning the files in the native DVD video format.
Then it tells me that there isn't enough room on the DVD to burn the compressed VIDEO_TS folder (also didn't occur with Toast 5). Now I know I can change the output VIDEO_TS folder size in DVD2one, but I'm a bit puzzled as to why this occurs in Toast 6 and not in Toast 5.
Is the DVD video option just for converting and burning MPEG's onto a DVD? If so, what setting should be used to burn a VIDEO_TS folder created by DVD2one? Thanks!

Yeah, I don't get it--I can't see in any of the help or menus how to get the app to just burn the data, and not do prep work on it. Lame!
Anyone see what we're missing?

hey guys!
i just got toast 6 too, and i was trying to figure this out. i think if you want to burn a VIDEO_TS folder, don't use the Video tab. instead, go to Data, pick DVD-ROM (UDF), and then drop your file. check out this pic:

it should work, haven't tried burning yet, though.
i guess with toast 6, the Video tab is only for making video discs using files and such, and not for burning prepared DVD folders.

Hmmmm. Anyone want to test this before I potentially waste a DVD-R on this? i did it in simulation mode, and it appears this is the way to go.

I had the same problem and had to go the route of DVD-ROM (UDF) where I burned a dvd which was perfect. That is the way to do it - not DVD VIDEO. Plays fine on my standalones and in my Mac and Windows computers.

Yes, UDF works fine, as I burnt 3 video dvds without a hitch.
Make sure you delete any ds.store files, like the one I see in the screenshot above...
